Norco’s Saddle Ranch Phase II Gallops into Action

Premier Design + Build Group recently broke ground on Saddle Ranch Phase II in Norco, CA. Premier was tapped by CapRock Partners to lead construction of the large industrial warehouse development. The projected completion date is third quarter 2022.

The 23.8-acre site is located at 3166 Horseless Carriage Dr. Also known as “Horsetown USA,” Norco is located on the I-15 Freeway in Riverside County.

During Phase II, Premier will create a new three-building complex spanning 387,180 square feet. These speculative concrete tilt-up structures will feature 32-foot clear height and parking to accommodate 36 trailers and 309 vehicles.

Derrick Schuster will serve as Premier’s project manager, working with project superintendent Adrian Lopez. Design partners on Saddle Ranch Phase II include RGA Office of Architectural Design, X Engineering as the civil engineer, and structural engineering firm Darin Fong and Associates Inc.

During Saddle Ranch Phase I, CapRock Partners developed a four-building business park on an adjacent site.
