Colliers Secures 20K-SF Lease Renewal For Law Firm Client in Columbia

Colliers has assisted law firm Gallivan White & Boyd complete a long-term renewal of their 19,765-square-foot office space in Columbia, SC.

Colliers office brokerage team members Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison represented Gallivan White & Boyd in negotiating an extension for space in Capitol Center on Columbia’s Main Street.

“We were pleased that the building ownership provided an aggressive proposal to remain at 1201 Main Street, allowing Gallivan White & Boyd to complete a major refresh to the space that will position them for long-term success in the Columbia market,” said Tollison, brokerage associate at Colliers.

Gallivan White & Boyd maintains offices in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston in South Carolina plus Charlotte, NC.
