St. John Properties Assists Children’s Autism Organization with Three Leases in VA, MD
Little Leaves Behavioral Services, a Silver Spring-based organization that serves children on the autism spectrum, has executed leases with three St. John Properties communities in Maryland and Virginia.
The group signed leases for 7,323 square feet at I-97 Business Park in Millersville, MD, and 9,000 square feet at Yorkridge Center South in Timonium, MD, as well as assuming a sub-lease for 5,520 square feet at Ashburn Crossing in Ashburn, VA.
Fernando Nunez and Andrew Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented Little Leaves and Stephanie Caronna of St. John Properties represented the landlord in the I-97 Business Park transaction. Michael Sacks of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Matt Melnick of Cushman & Wakefield represented Little Leaves in the Yorkridge Center South transaction. In the Ashburn Crossing transaction, Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Patty Brown of Marathon Realty Group represented the client.
