Marcus & Millichap Arranges $4M Multifamily Sale in Quincy

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 17-unit apartment property located on Sea Street in Quincy, MA, for $3,670,000.

Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic, first VPs of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer.

The property is located in the Adams Shore/Hough’s Neck area of Quincy, which is convenient to Quincy Center, Wollaston Beach, Marina Bay, and Interstate 93. It was fully occupied at the time of sale and comprised of nine one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments.

Marcus & Millichap states the asset was well-maintained by the seller and provided a clear road map to increasing monthly rental income through programmatic apartment renovations.
