HqO Acquires European Tenant Experience Platform “Office App”

Boston-based HqO, the end-to-end tenant experience platform for commercial real estate properties, has acquired Office App, a European tenant and employee engagement platform. The new combined entity is valued at more than $500 million, which according to HqO illustrates the growing significance of workplace experience solutions in the commercial real estate market.

HqO services nearly 100 commercial real estate clients worldwide. Office App services more than 100 buildings representing 20 million square feet in 24 countries.

Office App offers a menu of more than 95 features and services. Users are able to select functions such as enabling touchless, mobile access for buildings and parking for both employees and visitors; booking desks or meeting rooms; staying connected to their workplace community; reviewing safety protocols; and ordering lunch.
