CushWake Adds Team to Lead Chicago Agency Leasing

Cushman & Wakefield said Wednesday that Mason Taylor, Chris Cassata and Karoline Eigel have joined the firm to lead its Chicago agency leasing efforts. Taylor joins as executive managing director; Cassata joins as managing director; and Eigel joins as director and leader of the Chicago Healthcare Advisory Practice. 

Taylor and Cassata will focus on building the firm’s office agency leasing business in the Chicago CBD, while Eigel will grow the Healthcare Advisory Practice and provide strategic advisory and brokerage services to physician practice groups, hospital systems, investors in healthcare real estate, insurance providers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies both regionally and nationally. 

“We’ve added industry-leading talent and solidified our capabilities to serve every aspect of our investor-clients’ requirements,” said Victoria Noonan, Cushman & Wakefield Chicago managing principal.  

Taylor and Cassata join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, while Eigel joins the firm from MBRE.
