STAG Industrial Goes Big for D/FW North Logistics Center
D/FW North Logistics Center, a two-building 202,140 square-foot class-A logistics center located at 2400 and 2402 Esters Blvd. in Grapevine, recently sold for an undisclosed price. STAG Industrial purchased the property from an affiliate of Olympus Ventures.
Built in 2008, the ground leased buildings are north of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport adjacent to the I-121 and I-114 intersection. The logistics center offers cross dock and rear load configuration, 21- to 30-foot clear heights and an on-site storage area that can accommodate 100 trailers.
Randy Baird, Jonathan Bryan, Ryan Thornton and Eliza Bachhuber with CBRE National Partners arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.
“This property offered investors an opportunity to acquire an asset that is 100 percent leased with an average of six years of lease term remaining,” said Bachhuber. “This provides ownership with predictable cash flow while giving them the opportunity to realize the substantial upside associated with the unparalleled rent growth in the DFW industrial market, specifically in the DFW Airport submarket.”
