CityMD Signs Lease for Pelham Manor Location
Urgent care provider CityMD will open a new location at Post Road Plaza in Pelham Manor, NY. Levin Management Corporation leasing representative E.J. Moawad negotiated the 3,000-square-foot CityMD lease on behalf of the landlord; Newmark’s Benjamin Birnbaum represented City MD
Open seven days a week, 365 days a year, CityMD provides efficient, high-quality care for patients’ non-life-threatening urgent care needs. Services range from physical exams, pediatric care, lab tests and on-site X-rays, to treatment of injuries and illnesses. There currently are more than 135 CityMD locations across New York and New Jersey.
