Transwestern Taps Project Management Specialist to Lead Construction Team
Transwestern Real Estate Services has appointed Renee Collins as senior managing director of construction management. Collins will lead the Mid-Atlantic region’s construction management team, ensuring service excellence and identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.
Before joining Transwestern, Collins was a director at CBRE. She managed interior buildouts for corporate, technology, association, law, consulting and financial services clients totaling more than 900,000 square feet with an aggregate value of more than $150 million. She has served as a project designer, architect and project manager for projects ranging in size and complexity, including data centers and high-security government facilities.
Collins is a certified project management professional, LEED-accredited professional and recipient of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Certification.
