One of U.S.’ Largest Agrihoods is Sprouting Up Housing in Palm Springs
Miralon, a sustainably designed agrihood community in Palm Springs, one of the largest new agrihoods in the U.S., will soon open a new home neighborhood. Developer Freehold Communities is behind the creation of Miralon.
Gallery Homes recently started construction on its 50 Desert-Modern homes, Gallery at Miralon. Pricing is expected to start in the $800,000s.
Gallery consists of one- and two-story residences with four floorplans on large lots. Each home includes up to 3,059 square feet of spacious indoor-outdoor living, a private courtyard entry and private pool.
“Gallery at Miralon will be a stunning addition to the legacy of midcentury modern design that evolved in Palm Springs and lives at Miralon,” said Brad Shuckhart, Freehold California Division president.
The master-planned community will include 1,150 modern residences to harmonize with Palm Springs’ architectural heritage. A highlight of Miralon’s 309 acres is its transformation of an 18-hole golf course into working olive groves, community gardens and walking trails.
