Office Leasing is Underway at The Hill
Stream Realty Partners was awarded the office leasing of The Hill, a mixed-use neighborhood center which was recently purchased by Asana Partners. The 200,000-square-foot property is situated at the intersection of Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane at 9840-9850 N. Central Expy. in Dallas.
The Hill includes 40,000 square feet of creative office space integrated with restaurants and retailers. Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Lake Highlands and Lakewood are near the community-centered development.
“Stream is eager to partner with Asana Partners and Shop Companies on such an exciting mixed-use project,” says Rhett Miller, Stream’s vice president. “Asana has a proven history of creating dynamic mixed-use environments with forward-thinking retail and creative office opportunities.”
Miller and Ryan Evanich, vice president at Stream, will oversee office leasing efforts at The Hill. The Shop Companies, a real estate firm specializing in retail, will work alongside Stream to execute retail leasing at the center.
