Misty Bowe Joins Colliers Healthcare Team in Twin Cities
Colliers has added Misty Bowe to its Minneapolis-St. Paul roster of brokers. An industry veteran with more than 18 years’ experience and relationships with healthcare clients in the Twin Cities market, Bowe joins the firm’s existing healthcare real estate team of SVPs Brian Bruggeman and Louis Suarez, also as an SVP.
Bowe will apply her background in tenant advisory to Colliers Minneapolis’ healthcare offering. She’ll play a crucial role in advising and consulting with a variety of healthcare tenants and landlords on existing assets, managing portfolios, overseeing lease administration and working with the team to pursue listing and tenant representation opportunities.
“Misty’s strong relationships and deep market knowledge strengthens our team’s client advisory services, which will open the doors to many more opportunities for growth,” said Bruggeman.
Beginning her career in 2003 as a lease administrator, Bowe transitioned into an advisory role and began focusing on healthcare clients.
