CushWake Arranges $36M Sale of Columbia, SC Apartments

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $35.7 million sale of Nexus at Sandhill, a 240-unit apartment community adjacent to high-end retail, shopping and dining in Columbia’s Village at Sandhill. The per-unit price works out to $148,750 each.

Tai Cohen, John Phoenix and Richard Gore of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, VAS Apartments, LLC, in the transaction. Citadel Real Estate Group acquired the property.

Built in 2016, Nexus at Sandhill’s community amenities include clubhouse, resident lounge, swimming pool, covered poolside pavilion with fireplace and grills, 24-hour fitness center, business center, car wash station, detached garages and game room with TV, pool table, shuffleboard and video games.
