Stream Locks in Two Office Leases Totalling Over 20,000 SF in Charlotte

Stream Realty Partners has executed two leases totaling 20,470 square feet on behalf of its client, TerraCap Management. The leases are at Forest Park II in Charlotte, and brought the two-building office portfolio’s occupancy to 82%. 

Stanley Martin Homes signed a 10,700-square-foot lease at the property, and Total Quality Logistics (TQL) signed a 9,770-square-foot expansion. Boykin and Stream Senior Associate Alex Olofson represented TerraCap Management.  

The single-story asset at 820 Forest Point Circle is situated in Charlotte’s Airport submarket, and offers close proximity to amenity hubs including Ayrsley Town Center.
