CRER Arranges Sale of Mixed-Use in Logan Square

CRER (Chicago Real Estate Resources Inc.) arranged the sale of a 37-unit mixed-use building in the North Side’s Logan Square neighborhood. Ian Luscombe with CRER represented both the seller and the undisclosed buyer of 2315 N Milwaukee Ave., which traded for $9,465,000, or $255,810 per unit.

Representing a rare availability in the area, the property has frontage on both Milwaukee and California avenues. It includes 27 residential units and 10 additional retail spaces. The property went under contract within the first 30 days of marketing after receiving multiple offers.

CRER said the seller, the Sierra family, has owned the property for more than 35 years but was happy to hand over ownership to a new owner/operator, who plans to update the units and attract new businesses to the area.
