Buyer Targets Multi-Tenant Industrial for Leased Investment

A multi-tenant industrial building in Riverside recently sold for $3.85 million. The buyer intends to utilize the property as a leased investment.

The building, constructed in 1989, is located at 6611 Arlington Ave., encompasses 25,850 square feet and is on 1.67 acres.

Carey Pastor, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, represented the buyer.

“The projected occupancy at the time of the property’s sale was at 100 percent, representing a rare value-add opportunity for the buyer in an extremely competitive marketplace,” said Pastor.
