Senné Names Director of Debt & Structured Finance

Senné has hired Andy Elliot as director of debt & structured finance. He’ll lead the commercial real estate debt and equity advisory services for the Boston-based firm’s capital solutions practice and will be principally responsible for developing, leading and managing the service line. 

Elliot joins Senné with more than 13 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance advisory. Most recently, he was a VP at Goedecke & Co., a leading middle-market real estate debt and equity broker in New England.  

As lead underwriter and producer, he structured more than $3 billion in debt, equity and joint venture transactions for nearly every property type and situation across the full business cycle. He also helped lead Goedecke & Co. ‘s research efforts to identify market opportunities and handled in-house data and technical capabilities.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
