Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $32.5 Million Sale of Charlotte Business Park

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Arrowridge Business Park in Charlotte for $32.5 million on behalf of Cabot Properties. Nolan Ashton, Robert Cochran, and Bill Harrison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers, a joint partnership between WHI Real Estate Partners and Childress Klein, in the transaction.

The four-building, 194,560-square-foot asset offers accessibility with its location, adjacent to Interstate 485, Interstate 77 interchange, plus Charlotte Douglas International Airport,

“Arrowridge Business Park is one of Charlotte’s premier light industrial flex parks offering a fantastic in-town location for warehouse/office users,” Ashton said. “The investor demand from both institutional and private capital for this portfolio was tremendous due to the fantastic market fundamentals and rapidly rising rental rates for this product type.”
