Dalfen Industrial Acquires Turnpike Logistics Center in West Palm Beach

Dalfen Industrial has acquired Turnpike Logistics Center, a newly-constructed, 317,499-square-foot industrial park in West Palm Beach. The two-building industrial park adds to Dalfen’s $2.3-billion portfolio that it has built within the last 18 months.

Located just west of the West Palm Beach Airport, the park is located close to I-95 and can serve over 65% of South Florida’s 6.2 million people within a one-hour drive.

“As a critical southeast distribution hub, we are thrilled to add two new buildings in this dense, land constrained market,” said Kevin Caille, market officer. “West Palm Beach will continue to be a major focus for Dalfen.”
