SperryCGA Expands with Detroit Affiliate Led by 40-Year Veteran

Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC (SperryCGA) added Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – Property Investment Counselors as an affiliate in the Detroit market. The Birmingham, MI-based brokerage is led by Robert J. Pliska, who will serve as the affiliate’s president.

“Despite the clouds of uncertainty from the global pandemic, we have grown to 60 affiliates this year and initiated our global expansion strategy,” said Mark Hinkins, president of Irvine, CA-based SperryCGA. “We welcome Robert and his team as the latest addition to the SperryCGA family of companies as we work to meet client needs across the world, as well as in the Detroit metro area, which remains a key market in the global auto manufacturing sector.”

Pliska brings more than 40 years’ commercial real estate experience, adds a diverse coast-to-coast network and has secured more than $1.5 billion in transactions. Previously, he served as president and/or owner of CRE firms.
