Traffik’s New HQ is Buzzworthy in Every Sense

LPA Design Studios designed the recently completed Irvine headquarters for marketing firm Traffik. The space promises to create the type of buzz that put the company on the map.

Traffik’s new two-story 22,000-square-foot workplace is in a space originally intended for a steakhouse. The design assumes a hospitality vibe with a check-in concierge, lounge waiting area and luggage carts.

“Our goal with Traffik was to create an interactive design that informs the way the user thinks, socializes, works and collaborates,” says Rick D’Amato, workplace design director at LPA. “We leveraged our extensive tenant improvement expertise to create an immersive experience for Traffik’s employees that reflects the firm’s buzz-worthy culture.”

Traffik wanted to bring back the ambience of an old-school advertising agency with an emphasis on brick, wood and leather to define the space. The design features a library, barbershop with vintage barber chairs and cocktail lounge.

The marketing firm is an outdoor shopping center next to an Apple and an H&M.
