Hines Unveils Amenity Renderings for One Oak Brook Commons

The development team behind One Oak Brook Commons in Oak Brook, IL unveiled renderings of the luxury residential property’s amenities. Pre-leasing is expected to begin in late 2021 for the 17-story, 250-unit project, being developed by Hines with management by Willowick Residential. Luxury Living Chicago Realty is handling leasing.  
 

“With its elevated, modern design, the building is unparalleled; One Oak Brook Commons will set a new standard,” said Greg McHenry, director at Hines. “With direct access to Oakbrook Commons’ premier shopping and dining, as well as top-tier golf courses, polo fields, and parks, the community offers residents both the comfort of home and the connection to Chicago.” 

 
First move-ins are anticipated in January 2022. One-bedrooms will rent for $2,395 per month, while two-bedroom units start at $3,395 per month, and three-bedroom units will rent for $4,750 per month. Two- and three-bedroom and penthouse units will be available.
