Colliers Chicago Renews Commitment to Rosemont Offices

Colliers Chicago has signed a 34,012-square-foot, long-term lease extension at 6250 N. River Rd. in Rosemont, IL. The services firm has been a tenant in the building, which is owned by MDC Property Services and Nicola Crosby Real Estate, since 2004.

“As real estate people, this was a very easy decision to make,” said Jim Carris, managing principal and Chicago market leader. “This best-in-class property is easily accessible for employees and it puts our real estate professionals who cover the suburban and industrial markets near their business. It continues to be a win-win for all.”

The firm plans to embark on a multi-million dollar rebuild and rebrand of its existing floor.

Colliers was represented by Darryl Silverman and David Florent. Ownership was represented by Colliers’ Francis Prock and Jon Connor, who serve as the property’s leasing team. Colliers also has offices in downtown Chicago.
