Red Oak Capital Adds Industry Veteran Covering Southeast Region

Red Oak Capital Holdings, a Michigan-based commercial real estate finance company, has added James Rea as VP of capital markets covering the Southeast. Based in Orlando, Rea’s primary responsibilities include representing the company and interfacing with the broker dealer, financial advisor, and investor community.

Rea brings nearly two decades of experience in both real estate and capital markets. Before joining Red Oak, he served as EVP of business development for Bourne Financial Group, a private equity, seniors housing development company with assets totaling $1 billion.

Red Oak’s Gary Bechtel said, “We are thrilled to welcome James to the Red Oak family. We believe his background in finance, real estate and capital markets make him a perfect fit for this role in the Southeast region at Red Oak. We are confident he will play a significant role in the continued growth of the company and help strengthen our capital markets team.”
