Law Firm Cooley Makes Move to 110 North Wacker
Cooley, an Am Law top 20 law firm based in Silicon Valley, has signed a new, 30,000-square-foot lease at Bank of America Tower at 110 North Wacker in Chicago’s Loop. The space will support the firm’s future growth and provide greater opportunities to collaborate with clients. Currently officing in co-working space, Cooley is expected to make the move in the second quarter of 2022.
Developed by Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment & Development Company, 110 North Wacker is a 55-story, 1.5-million-square-foot Class A+ office tower and reportedly the city’s tallest office building to be delivered in three decades.
“110 North Wacker not only offers tenants a premier office address, but also world-class building systems and telecommunications infrastructure to support every modern technology need,” said Riverside EVP Rafael Carreira. “The building is a perfect fit for Cooley’s tenancy while their space will be uniquely on brand.”
