Specialty Coffee Brand Will Open First U.S. Location in Financial District

Newmark Retail arranged a new 1,900-square-foot lease for the Australian premium coffee brand Ten Thousand Coffee, at 14 Wall St. This serves as the brand’s first stateside location.

Newmark’s senior managing director Caleb Petersen represented the tenant, while senior managing Director Darrell Rubens represented the landlord, Roza 14W LLC.

“14 Wall provided an intersection of opportunity to capture the strong tourism traffic of Wall Street, with the high density of the surrounding office,” said Petersen. “For its size, the location is a rare sighting in the Financial District.”

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Ten Thousand Coffee is recognizable for its transparent and distinctive logo “10000” and stated focus on providing its customers a cup of exceptional specialty coffee every day. Ten Thousand Coffee will open across the street from the New York Stock Exchange and One Wall St.
