SVN | Parsons Completes Pair of Industrial Leases in Haverhill
SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completed two industrial leases for MKS Instruments, Inc. and Circuit Breaker Sales NE in Haverhill, MA. They included a 30,000-square-foot lease at 55 Foundation Ave, for MKS and a 6,750-square-foot lease at 17 Parkridge Rd. for Circuit Breaker Sales NE.
Senior advisors Alex Berger and Arlon Brown represented landlord Riverway Realty Trust, at 55 Foundation. The tenant was represented by Newmark’s Rich Ruggiero.
Berger and brown also represented Parkridge Realty Inc. at 17 Parkridge. The Begley Company’s Courney Green represented the tenant.
Both buildings are strategically located in the Ward Hill Business Park with immediate access to I-495. The park is easy to reach and is conveniently located on both the east and west sides of the Route 125 connector, off exit 48 of I-495 north and south.
