Prudent Growth Partners Enters Nashville Market
Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC-based private equity real estate firm, has completed its $3.9-million acquisition of the Granwood Village shopping center in Old Hickory, TN. It’s Prudent Growth’s first Nashville-area deal.
Built in 1999, the property is anchored by the popular Urban Air entertainment business, and also has a set of internet-resistant tenants including Bradshaw Chiropractic, Cordell Insurance, United Martial Concepts and Care Dry Cleaners.
The property benefits from its location in a growing and affluent Nashville suburb and is surrounded by neighborhoods and residential housing. Sharing its parking lot is a high-traffic Speedway gas station with a Speedy Café.
“We are pumped to be entering the Nashville market,” said Tom Hahn, president of Prudent Growth Partners. “The Urban Air brand is a great anchor for us and drives a ton of foot traffic to the center.”
