Construction is complete at Evolve South Bay, a 300-unit apartment community on 11.9 acres in Carson, CA. Evolve South Bay offers 11 floorplans ranging in size from approximately 695 square feet to 1,200 square feet including three-story stacked flats, some with private garages and top-floor lofts, according to MBK Rental Living.

Evolve overlooks the neighboring Porsche Driving Experience to the north. The 52-acre Porsche complex is home to Porsche North America and includes a road course, restaurant and other performance facilities.
