Marcus & Millichap Brokers $6M Sale of Net-Leased Retail Property in Fort Myers

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $6.4 million sale of Connors Steak & Seafood, a 9,040-square-foot, net-leased retail property located in Fort Myers, FL.

Connors Steak & Seafood is located at 10076 Gulf Center Dr in Fort Myers, FL. It is ideally situated between Florida Gulf Coast University (FGC) and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). The seafood and steakhouse is at the entrance of Gulf Coast Town Center, the largest shopping center between Sarasota and Ft. Lauderdale.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Shiebler, Garner and Medefind.
