FCP Snags Atlanta Apartment Portfolio for $116M
Privately held real estate investment company FCP has acquired three Atlanta-area apartment communities for a total of $116 million.
The properties include Springdale Glen, Sierra Forest and Hawthorne at Sugarloaf apartment communities in Clarkston, Mableton, and Lawrenceville, respectively. FCP has invested in 24 assets totaling 4,200 units in the Atlanta market. Springdale Glen features 276 units, Sierra Forest consists of 272 units and Hawthorne at Sugarloaf includes 260 units.
Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to manage all three properties. The sellers were represented by Chandler Brown and Barden Brown of Greystone Brown Real Estate Advisors.
