Essex Markets Renovated Apartments in Bucktown

Essex Realty Group has been selected to exclusively market a five-unit apartment building at 1806 N. Paulina St. in the North Side’s Bucktown neighborhood, adjacent to the 606 trail. It’s listed at $1,990,000 by Essex director Abe Eilian.

The unit mix is comprised of two-, three- and five-bedroom floorplans. The property was completely renovated in 2019 and today offers an investor modern apartment units with large layouts in a highly sought-after neighborhood.

“This immaculate property is nestled between two multi-million-dollar single family homes on a quiet tree-lined street, yet is still a short walk to all the shopping, dining and nightlife that Bucktown and Wicker Park have to offer,” said Eilian.

He continued, “Tenants also benefit from being within walking distance to both the Clybourn Metra Station and Damen CTA Blue Line Station.”
