Chozick Realty Brokers $29M Sale of Connecticut Apartment Property

Chozick Realty, a Connecticut-based brokerage firm, has arranged the $29 million sale of Avon Mill Apartments, a 186-unit multifamily community in Avon, CONN. The property is just due west of Hartford.

The nearly 50-acre property was built in 1978 and has been approved for the development of an additional 250 apartments. In addition to the construction of new residences, the new ownership group plans to implement a value-add program to existing units.

Rick Chozick and David Chozick of Chozick Realty represented the undisclosed buyer and seller in the transaction.
