SVN | Parsons Commercial Brokers $6M Sale of Retail Property in Wellesley

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group has arranged the $6 million sale of 79-93 Central Street, a multi-tenant retail center in Wellesley, MASS.

The center is located in Wellesley Center, which is also known as the Wellesley Square District and is currently 83% occupied. The center’s tenant roster incudes fitness, health and beauty shops.

Marilyn Santiago of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, STMC LLC, in the transaction. Arlon Brown of SVN | Parsons represented the buyer, AlpCentral, in the acquisition.
