Lee & Associates Taps Cori Nuttall as Director in Atlanta

Lee & Associates Atlanta has tapped Cori Nutall as a Director, specializing in office and industrial leasing, as well as investment sales. Nuttall joins the Atlanta office from Lee & Associates Charleston, where she launched her career in 2018.

Nuttall has since brokered over $45 million in transactions across five separate states in the Southeast. Her client portfolio spans a variety of industries including professional office, medical practices, financial institutions and manufacturing. She has represented multiple mixed-use developers and landlords on the lease up of historic adaptive reuse projects as well as private investors in their property acquisition and disposition needs.
