Essex Realty’s Multack Lists Two Logan Square Properties
Essex Realty Group director Jordan Multack is marketing two multifamily properties in the North Side’s Logan Square neighborhood. The nine-unit 1701 N. Kedzie Ave. is listed for $3,450,000, while 1846 N. California Ave. lists for $2.3 million.
