CBRE Brokers $27M Sale of Tampa Apartments

CBRE has arranged the $26.7 million sale of St. Moritz Apartments, a 168-unit multifamily property in Tampa.

The 168-unit townhome apartment community was built in 1984 and is located at 13835 Heritage Clube Drive. The property offers several amenities including a swimming pool, large pool deck, a business center, private garages, a clubhouse and a fitness center.

Frank Carriera, Michael Regan and Cameron Barbas of CBRE represented the buyer, Creative Realty Partners, as well as the seller, TG Realty, in the transaction. In addition, Strategic Funding’s Jonathan Singer secured the loan for the buyer.
