Veteran CRE Attorney Relocates Offices and Art Collection
Taking larger space, a veteran of 40 years in commercial real estate law has moved to 110 W. 57th St. Joshua Stein PLLC’s new offices have room for about a half dozen attorneys to work onsite, although the firm has adopted a hybrid model, said founding principal Joshua Stein.
The firm’s offices previously were located at 501 Madison Ave. “We really liked our space on Madison Avenue,” said Stein. But “we found a great opportunity” at 110 W. 57th. The new space is significantly larger: about 2,100 usable square feet now, versus 1,500 before.
“I’m especially pleased that our new offices showcase our art collection,” Stein said. The collection includes four large watercolors of Bronx street scenes by Emilio Sanchez; three paintings of billboards, vacant lots, and obsolete buildings by Valeri Larko; and a large painting of a San Francisco motel by Jeffrey L. Neumann
