Landsea Breaks Ground on Nolin in Anaheim
Landsea Homes Corporation has officially broken ground on its newest community, Nolin in Anaheim. Nolin is a community of 65 three-story townhomes with five different floorplans ranging from 1,134 square feet to 1,986 square feet, offering three or four bedrooms and two-car garages.
The community on the corner of Beach Boulevard and W. Lincoln Avenue is within walking distance of the Knott’s Berry Farm theme park and Soak City Water Park, and adjacent to a planned 295,000-square-foot retail center anchored by a grocery store and restaurant. Anaheim is also well-known as the home of the Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks.
