Moving and Storage Provider Comes to Duke Realty’s Chesapeake Commerce Center
Duke Realty recently secured a lease with Mid Atlantic Port Service for 62,000 square feet of space within Chesapeake Commerce Center in the Baltimore City submarket. Mid Atlantic Port Service, a global moving and storage provider for the federal government and military, leased the space at 1500 Broening Hwy. with easy access to I-95 and I-895 and the Port of Baltimore.
“Mid Atlantic Port Service requires space that is convenient for transporting and storing large shipments in order to support our nation’s military families’ national and international moves and we’re very happy they chose Chesapeake Commerce Center,” said Battista Orcino, VP, leasing and development for Duke Realty’s properties in Baltimore.
Orcino added, “Chesapeake Commerce Center offers first-class warehouse space and has proven to be a desirable location for companies needing to streamline their logistics in close proximity to the port.”
