APF, Avison Young Team on Plug-and-Play Office Solution

APF Properties and Avison Young’s New York office have launched APFlex, a move-in ready office solution designed for businesses adapting their office requirements amidst the uncertainty of a post-COVID economic recovery.

APFlex is available across 50,000 rentable square feet in three APF buildings:  The Club Row Building at 28 W. 44th St., 25 W. 45th St. and 1156 Ave. of the Americas.

Avison Young senior director Brooks Hauf, director Peter Johnson and client services coordinator Leah Zafra will lead leasing efforts for all three properties

“As people come back to an unpredictable office market, our team is being proactive in the creation and marketing of our new offering called APFlex,” said Hauf. “Working in tandem with ownership, our team has developed a plug-and-play solution to cater to tenants who are cautious about their return to office space and need a product that reduces risk and burden without sacrificing quality.”
