NAI Partners to Spearhead Agellan’s 1.5M-SF Portfolio

The Agellan Commercial REIT recently selected the landlord services division of NAI Partners as the exclusive property manager for its entire 12-building 1.5 million-square-foot Houston commercial portfolio. The assignment also includes industrial project leasing responsibilities for more than 680,000 square feet within the portfolio.

Chris Bosler and Jennifer Gourlay of NAI Partners will spearhead the property management of the portfolio while NAI Partners’ Travis Land, Andy Parrish and Lesley Rice will be responsible for the project leasing/marketing component for the portfolio.

“It’s been said that one is judged by the company you keep, and we’re honored to have developed our relationship with Agellan to the point of not only managing or leasing over 4 million square feet in aggregate on their behalf but, with this Houston expansion of the relationship, Agellan’s largest portfolio in one city,” said Jim Tainter, partner at NAI Partners and managing director of the company’s landlord services division. “Our team works tirelessly to ensure we are meeting every reasonable need and expectation our owner partners have and being trusted with Agellan’s Houston real estate portfolio is a testament to that shoulder-to-shoulder spirit of partnership.”
