SRS Real Estate Arranges Sale of Kroger-Anchored Shopping Center in Union City

SRS’ Investment Properties Group has arranged the sale of Shannon Crossing, a 101,174-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center in Union City. The sales price was $19.4 million.

Located at 4550 Jonesboro Road, the center is anchored by Kroger supermarket. In addition, the 97%-occupied center is home to a tenant roster that includes Advance Auto Parts, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, The UPS Store, Papa John’s and J.R. Crickets.

Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of the SRS Atlanta office represented the seller, Forge Real Estate Partners III, in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer was self-represented in the transaction.
