888 Crowther Ave. Sells for $259 PSF

Staley Point Capital recently acquired 888 Crowther Ave., a 58,000-square-foot industrial property in the North County submarket of Orange County, for $15 million or $259 per square foot. The property is directly adjacent to State Route 57 which provides access to Orange County’s population of 3.2 million, the sixth most populous U.S. county.

Built in 1998, 888 Crowther Ave has 24- to 30-foot clear height with three dock-high loading areas and a yard that can service 53-foot trailers. The property has four rail doors with direct access to the BNSF Railway, the largest freight railroad network in North America and a provider of three separate transcontinental routes.

JLL’s Garrett McClelland represented the seller, General Rewinding, in this deal.
