Related Santa Clara Will Add 9M+ SF of Mixed-Use Space

The first phases of early site work have begun on Related Santa Clara, a 240-acre mixed-use development, with vertical construction starting in early 2022. The first phases are scheduled to open to the public in 2024.

Related Santa Clara will add more than 9 million square feet of tech-enabled commercial and residential space to Silicon Valley as well as hotels, shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Once complete, Related Santa Clara will feature a mix of uses near several major Bay Area transportation systems, and adjacent to Levi’s Stadium and the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Chris Shepherd, Vincent Scott, Darin Bosch and Todd Husak of CBRE will handle leasing duties on behalf of Related Santa Clara LLC, an affiliate of The Related Companies. CBRE duties will encompass the project’s numerous class-A office buildings located in and adjacent to the city center.
