LCOR Unveils Development Team for 1M-SF Hoboken Connect Plan
LCOR on Monday announced the full team of partners behind the one-million-square-foot-plus Hoboken Yard Redevelopment Plan, Hoboken Connect. Beyer Blinder Belle, Cetra Ruddy, FX Collaborative and Matthews Nielsen Landscape Architects will serve as the project’s architects.
Engineering and construction firms engaged for the project include Colliers Engineering, ICOR Associated, MG Engineering, Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers, Thorton Thomasetti, Holt Construction and AECOM Tishman. Ed Duenas, Jon Fales and Ron LoRusso of Cushman & Wakefield and Eric Reimer of Byrnam Woods will lead the project’s leasing efforts.
“Hoboken Connect represents a transformative economic development opportunity for the City of Hoboken, NJ TRANSIT, and the State of New Jersey,” said Brian Barry, SVP of LCOR.
The project is expected to amplify economic growth and opportunity in New Jersey, while restoring NJ TRANSIT’s Hoboken Terminal as a world-class, transportation hub.
