Entre’s Rachel Peck Promoted to Lead Property Management Arm

Rachel Peck has been elevated to president of Entre Commercial Realty’s property management company, Entre Asset Management LLC (EAM). Based in Arlington Heights, IL, EAM provides property and asset management services to a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties for both institutional and private investor clients. 

“We are pleased to promote Rachel to president of EAM,” said Entre principal Dan Benassi. “Her commitment to servicing clients’ is far beyond the standards and she excels at meeting her clients’ needs from start to finish with a seamless positive outcome.” 

Before joining Entre, Peck served as director of asset management for ML Realty Partners, where she oversaw an industrial portfolio comprised of 15 million square feet in both the Chicago and Dallas markets. She handled all lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant improvement projects, and maintained positive tenant relationships while with ML Realty.
