Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace Targets 2022 Completion

As the economy continues to re-open and companies return to the office, the third and final phase of Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace is underway. Spectrum Terrace is an outdoor amenity area designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The design includes poolside cabanas and seating areas for meetings and casual team gatherings.

The final phase features three four-story buildings totaling more than 345,000 square feet. Construction is anticipated to be completed by August 2022.

Spectrum Terrace is currently 80 percent leased to companies such as Alteryx, CoStar Group, iHerb, Kajabi and RSM.
