Multiview Recommits to Renovated One Panorama Center

Multiview, a national B2B marketing agency, recently renewed its 82,093-square-foot lease for its headquarters at 7701 Las Colinas Ridge in One Panorama Center. The 208,448-square-foot eight-story office building offers visibility from Interstate 635. It features a newly renovated lobby, Wi-Fi enabled outdoor lounge and a new fitness center.

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Nathan Durham represented the building’s owner, Regent Properties, in the transaction.

According to Transwestern research, the Dallas-Fort Worth office market is following developments in the business cycle and has begun transitioning from the recession phase to recovery phase of the real estate cycle. The metroplex continues to lead the nation in returning to the office with 50.1 percent occupancy at the end of second quarter, up from 39.7 percent at the end of first quarter.
