SPP Opens Thousand & One Office Tower in Tampa

Tampa-based real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners (SPP) has opened Thousand & One, a 20-story, trophy office tower in downtown Tampa.

Designed by COOKFox, the tower includes 375,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Features of the tower include floor-to-ceiling windows, flexible floorplans and landscaped terraces with access to the outdoors. The building will be programmed with neighborhood-serving retail on the ground floor, provide access to the attractions along Water Street’s thoroughfare and feature a public plaza with landscaping, benches and an interactive art installation.
